We reach out to your customer in a cordial but firm manner to give them one final chance before an insurance claim is filed and third party collections begin. We explain the ramifications this will have and why it is in their best interest to re-engage in dialogue and ultimately pay the debt. We close with a firm deadline on when a response is required.
This simple approach works 30-40% of the time and avoids any collection expense.
Third Party Collections
For those 60-70% of cases we cannot immediately resolve, we rely on our vetted third party collection agencies and attorney network. The locale of the debtor and the severity / complexity of the situation are the determining factors on which of our partners profiles as the best fit for our clients. We talk through the case and help connect them to the collector that presents the best chance at obtaining results.
